Andrea Dúll member of the general assembly of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences

The members of the public body of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (MTA) elected Professor Andrea Dúll, Director of the Institute of People-Environment Transaction, Faculty of Education and Psychology, ELTE as a member of the General Assembly.

The General Assembly of the Academy becomes complete with 200 elected members, who will represent the full spectrum of Hungarian science with voting rights. The non-academic members of the General Assembly represent the scientific community of about 15,000 people with academic degrees. They are elected by secret ballot for a three year term. Members of the supreme decision-making body of the Academy include academics from the Faculty, such as György Hunyady and Csaba Pléh, full members of the MTA.

As announced earlier, Andrea Dúll is a member of MTA’s Presidential Committee on Sustainable Development.
